A family apartment in a prime loaction on the hillside above Symi's Yialos harbour.
Stratis 4 sits on the first floor of a traditional Symi bulding. It is reached up a flight of steps onto a huge private terrace with fantastic views of Yialos, Nimos Island and Turkey beyond, making th terrace a perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the setting of your apartment.
The front door leads into a small hall. To the right, there is a stylish and modern fully tiled shower room. To the left an archway leads into the sitting room, which is bright and airy with windows on two sides. French doors lead onto a small balcony, another excellent spot to relax and unwind whilst enjoying uninterrupted views of the harbour. The comfortable sitting room has ample seating as well as a fixed single divan suitable for sleeping an extra person.
A wooden staircase leads up onto the mezzanine floor, which over looks the sitting room. This floor has wooden twin beds and also benefits greatly from the position of the ceiling fan above the sitting room, making it very cool.
At the back of the house is a very large open plan room. At one end is the well-equipped kitchen area with all in one unit with mini oven and hob, and dining table and chairs. At the far end is a second bedroom area with s double bed. French doors from here lead out onto the spacious terrace.
