This light, bright and summery villa is in the perfect location to enjoy the sunset, whilst dining al-fresco.
Villas Meltemi is set in the sought-after rural village of Tsoukalades, alongside its sister villa, Mistrali. From here, you will enjoy panoramic views over the azure blue Ionian sea. These views really are magnificent, extending over the rural setting, and are particularly spectacular at sunset, when the orange sun drops gently into the deep, blue sea.
The surroundings is beautiful, bordered by herb gardens and scattered with colourful flowers in their traditional pots. The grounds resonate with bird song throughout spring and summer.
These villas are very well cared for by the owner, the house making use of bright colours to continue the bright, light, flowery summer feel inside.
The living room features a open fireplace, which is certainly not required in the warm Lefkas summers, but creates a great feature. It is furnished with a dining table for four, coffee table and a sofa bed, where a third person can sleep comfortably. Self-catering is easy here with a fully equipped kitchen and further to this dining table, there is also one on the bright, westerly-facing terrace. Also on the terrace is a barbecue, where you can cook up the local catch! The terrace also opens on to the bedroom, which has a double bed.
The bathroom is clean, bright and well equipped, with the feature of a hip bath and shower.
There is a large swimming pool, shared by the other three villas here and yourselves. The pool also enjoys the enviable views out to sea. It is well furnished with comfortable loungers and wooden umbrellas, on which you can while away the day with a glass of locally produced wine and a good book.
