This newly built house is spacious in its common areas and offers fantastic views to the town.
Most guests would say that the outdoor spaces of Villa Mourtia are some of its best features. The lengthy front terrace is furnished with a dining table and areas of wooden terracing between the grass areas are lovely. The pool area is reached by going through a wooden gate set into a tall privacy wall with low walls surrounding the rest of the property to take full advantage of the views.
The open plan sitting room, with fireplace and large windows around is a comfortable seating area with sofas facing towards the television and the dining table sits at the opposite end, near the kitchen. The modern and long galley-type kitchen is well-equipped. The side door leads to the terrace that runs the length of the house. No doubt most of your time spent at this villa will be on the terrace enjoying the sea breeze and views.
On the same level, the standard bathroom is situated behind the kitchen and is equipped with a bathtub. One of the double bedrooms is reached off of the kitchen area and is furnished with a double bed and has a private en-suite w/c shower room.
